Silverstein, Moore, & Woroniecki join the MCE Board of Directors

Maryland Capital Enterprises, Inc. announces the addition of Alan I. Silverstein,William “Bill” Moore and Dean Woroniecki to its 14-member board of directors.

Board Members

Silverstein is the long-time president and CEO of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce based in Easton, MD. Dean Woroniecki is co-owner of Affordable Business Systems in Salisbury founded in 1996. Moore is an advisor for Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate with 26 years experience in the Real Estate industry. He spent 18 years as owner of William Moore Construction specializing in single-family residential construction.

Maryland Capital Enterprises is a non-profit micro-business finance and assistance agency formed in 1998 that provides loans and assistance to small businesses on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Based in Salisbury, MD, the firm is certified by the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution. It is also certified as an Intermediary Microlender for the Small Business Administration and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. Its loan portfolio is over $1 million.
