Owned and operated by the warm and welcoming Candy Newnam, this cozy spot has become a go-to for delicious subs, sandwiches, ice cream, and what locals swear are the best French fries in town.
Candy loves being right in the mix of the action every day. “I love interacting with each and every one of our customers,” she says. “Most of them I know what they want before they walk in the door.” Whether she’s chatting with regulars or making newcomers feel like family, Candy’s heart is clearly in every burger she flips and every milkshake she blends.

Customers can’t stop talking about their favorites—from cheeseburgers and cheesesteaks to the famous milkshakes and fries. Candy puts care into every order, and it shows. “I love hearing them tell me how much they love the food I’ve prepared for them,” she says with a smile.
