Topics Include:
banking, money management, budgeting, increasing income and reducing expenses, credit and debt managment, dealing with collections agencies, the importance of keeping accurate records and overview of various financial reports and financial terms.

The 8 Week: Starting and Managing your Business

Location: SBDC on Power Street, Power Professional bldg Rm 220
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Fee: $100.00

In partnership with the Small Business Development Center and Wor-Wic Community College, this 8 week course offers a different professional each week to discuss important components of starting and running a small business. Topics include: business plan writing, legal issues, insurance needs, marketing, financing/banking, accounting and bookkeeping, personnel and resources partners.

Start Your Own Business Workshops (monthly workshops)

Location: All trainings will be held from 5pm to 7pm at the One Stop Job Market, 917 Mt. Hermon Rd in Salisbury
